RATES
My basic rate is $80 per hour.
During our consultation I will estimate the number of hours your project needs. There is a 4 hour minimum for working in your home as I’ve found you need at least that long to make headway on a project.

IF YOU WANT ME TO DO IT ALL FOR YOU
I will declutter, curate, organize and design your space. I will shop, find and manage builders, installers, painters, cleaners or other tradespeople.
A 25% retainer will be expected at the beginning of the project. Please contact me to discuss.

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES
Purchases, transportation and parking will be in addition to the daily hours and added to the daily bill if applicable.

PAYMENTS
I accept cash, check or PayPal. Payment is due at the end of each day.

CONSULTATION BY PHONE
Instead of an on-site visit we can schedule a call to discuss your project as well as organizing or coaching on maintenance. Hourly rates apply but there is no minimum number of hours.

CANCELLATION
I understand situations may come up and I will re-schedule our on-site working appointment without charge with a 48 hour notice. Otherwise a 2 hour fee may be required.

AREAS I SERVE
New York City area,  parts of Westchester, Eastern Long Island, Connecticut, northern New Jersey.  and other areas within one hour from NYC.
Special arrangements can be made for other locations - I have traveled to Miami to stage an apartment for sale.
